I know I am wrong, I only talked to the BLM and the AZ water quality people who have ultimate control over their operation. I was not smart enough to call the company and ask them what was going on. From now on, I will follow your advice. I am considering a law suit so I will contact Bernie. I think this is the way your logic works? Tim Hall PS How noble of Maxam, they could be making money by producing now but have chosen to wait for the paper flow chart to be right. Is that like not investing in a stock right now because the broker didn't spell the name right?
