calvin and hobbs , pogo , spiderman and anything Jack kirby or Bernie Wrightson . Loved old scrooge too . Imagine what Pixar could do with a scrooge in the Klondike . I had offers from Marvel and DC when I was 15 or 16 to do some drawing for them , I was afraid to move to scary new york.
