Bob-
Sid and Bill, that 10q report shows that they were repriced at 10.06 but then it also says the average exercise price is 4.26 with the rest of them that are outstanding (almost 9 mil.) to be exercisable at 9.06 A little confusing. Can anyone explain?
I'm not sure but I believe what you are refering to is the difference between the 8,920,099 shares at $ 9.06 and the 2,267,969 shares at $ 4.29. The $9.06 number refers to the avg price of the total outstanding options (exercisable and not exercisable). There are almost 9 million shares in this pool. Of the 9 million shares, 2.3 million are currently vested and are now exercisable at an avg price of $4.29. Is this any less confusing? Sid
