Thanks to all for the responses.

It took me a long time to switch from wood sticks to aluminum, but I have been using aluminum shafts for about 5 or six years now and have noticed an improvement with the TP-10. With many NHL players endorsing certain products I think it would be hard for a smaller company to break into the league. I guess that is where Brad Park comes in. One thing I liked about the Black Steel web site is the reference to other leagues such the IHL or ECHL. If Quadrax can get younger players from the junior level on up to use the stick they could carry it forward as their careers progress.

Even though they have products out on the market it seems that with so many shares outstanding only the golf business offers the market size needed to offset the large amount of shares that are out there. That is provided they can succesfully capture and retain enough of it. Research has been ongoing with TM for quite a while now. At this point I would even be happy with an announcement of continuation of research funding by TM. I wonder what typical design times are for this type of product. According to some info. posted about 6-8 months ago some competitors announced development of golf equipment using another composite. It seemed like Quadrax had a head start and I'm wondering if this ever existed or is being lost?

A Golfsmith store is opening the area and I think I'll try to see what they know about the Quadrax product line.
