Gateway is now trading well below its 50, 100, and 200 day moving averages. I generally consider this to signal a buying opportunity. I don't think this is a high-risk stock at this price level. Some other favorites of mine are XON, PNC, BSMT, TNO and DIGM. Except for DIGM, they're all about in the same position as GTW. So are DELL and MUEI. I'd say that at this point there are some tremendous buying opportunities. As far as GTW goes, I'm in it at around 31. If I wasn't, I would be buying now. However, I won't add any more until I see it move to around 25-26, if it even drops that low. I'm not so sure it will, so I won't jump on the short-seller's bandwagon. However, if it dips, I'll be buying. |
