In Dave's world, if people don't have health insurance, its their own fault. It has nothing to do with whether they have a job or not. Bottomline: If you are smart, you will have health insurance whether you can pay for it or not...... Uh.....when Dave thinks about it, it makes sense......to him. Of course, when it plays out in the light of day......well that's a different story.
