I was thinking more on the lines of tort reforms and allowing insurance companies to sell across state lines, something that the Republicans want.

But the most important thing is to tax all and not just the rich. I say have those who do not have health care now pay a small amount by way of taxes in return for total health care.

This is going to be a win-win and all can walk out and tell their constituents that we all won.
