But with public financing of campaigns all of those problems go away. With most of Obama's campaign funds coming from the people, he did have public financing of sorts. Why is he so reluctant now to act. As you saying that it is the Congress that is the problem? If that is so then this country has a very sad future. India is reporting a growth rate of 9% and China will soon follow. And what is our growth rate here?
