I hope our doc here is not offended. I think we are both talking about doctors and hospitals that do not live up to their responsibilities. and as either of us are fired, or worse, if we fail in a job... it should be the same. it so happens doctors and other medical personal are in a position that they can screw us for life, even kill us. sometimes it is simply a mistake. those do happen and it is up to us to recognize when it is that and forgive. but when it is something more... we have to, imo, have recourse.
