bruce....great overview of stellar ! just to add a few items in
case anyone wants frosting on their cake....the office was a very
nice set up, and we met about 6 engineers...i dont know if today
people were working out of their "virtual office" or we met the
entire gang...but, there were plenty of empty spaces for people to
be working...channler is a distinguished and intelligent gentleman,
and came across as a man with integrity...he thinks very highly of
the tmmi gang and is anxious to work with them on joint projects...
they are looking for private placement investors, and as bruce
noted, that information will be available to anyone that is
interested...they figure the placement lasting another month, and
they feel they are very close to finalizing the current projects
they have in-house...they are looking to IPO at the right time, and
were told they were an excellent candidate by a premiere firm in the
bay area, and would probably do very well...channler isnt spreading
his work out to thin, they are concentrating on their long suit, and
it seemed like they could be very successful...they said they had
only one major competitor, and they were...well, help me here bruce,
didnt he say they were screwed up or something ? (g) some firm out
