After reviewing the detailed press release about this Celcore
purchase, I totally agree with you that this is an EXCELLENT
strategic move. This will give both DSC and MOT the flexibility to
offer customer more choices. In essence, it provides significant
customer and revenues growth potential to both DSC and MOT.

The dilution of DSC common stock is about 5.9% which already been
reflected in today's closing price. The higher DSC's stock moves,
the less dilution occures to common stock.

I hope the STREET will view this purchase is a positive
move for DSC and MOT tomorrow.
