The compensated penny stock pumpers have found a new outlet for the hype.

Yes, they are linking a rehash of a article that won a few insiders and the MDVX.OB IR guy himself the boot from Seekingalpha for failing to disclose they were apparently paid employees, insiders, and an Investor Relations guy.

Funny thing, the site they are donking everyone with comes with one freaking hell of a disclaimer! Heh to the hype!

Disclaimer / Disclosure
World Market Media, WMM Capital Partners, WMM Research Group, worldmarketmedia.com, wmmcapital.com, and wmmresearch.com are all associated entities controlled by World Market Media, LLC (collectively referred to herein as “WMM”). Copyright © 2009 World Market Media, LLC. All Rights Reserved. For further details please visit our Intellectual Property section.

WMM is a Global Social Media Network of all the Worlds securities exchanges and their various investment communities, which serves as a compelling marketing and distribution channel for these exchanges and their listed companies. WMM also conducts an eclectic range of investor/media relations and marketing services for said companies. WMM typically performs that service by profiling companies and presenting them to the investment community through the use of traditional and internet media. WMM Capital Partners is a merchant banking and new media advisory firm as well as an investment holding company managed by the principals of WMM.

Companies featured by WMM may pay consideration, which may include cash and/or shares of stock, to WMM for dissemination of company information and, in some cases, for consulting services. When WMM receives shares as compensation for services for a featured company, WMM may sell part or all of any such shares during the period in which WMM is performing such services. WMM’s services for a company may cause the company’s stock price to increase, in which event WMM would make a profit when it sells its stock in the company. WMM’s selling of a company’s stock may have a negative effect on the market price of the stock. Additionally, WMM Capital Partners may buy and sell securities, for investment purposes, for its own account in client companies of WMM. These securities may be bought and sold privately and/or in the open market. This should be viewed as a conflict of interest by shareholders or prospective shareholders of said client companies.
