Most of fabs are already built. They can not afford to put off the
installations of new 9300s or cap termination machines. As for
the price pressure from the high dollars, I don't think that it will
affect ESIO's main product lines because they dominate the market.
Where would customers buy a 9300? The 1.3 u process is
protected by a patent. Still feeling good about earnings coming up
for 2n quarter of 98. Estimate is .72/share.

You are right about the AISI deal. But CGNX price also fell. If I was
an AISI share holder I would still go with ESIO. There is higher
potential for appreciation because of the acquisition minded
management. Even if AISI decided to go with CGNX, ESIO is
stand to collect $3 million in penalty...I think that was mentioned in
that EE Times article. Like you I ran out of cash. My last batch
was at $50. I will not go into margin..learned that lesson last
July. I saw an $85,000 wiped out in about a month.
