To be honest--insider buying. I happened to noticed that the beneficial owner of it LRP V Luxembourg has been buying quite substantially in that price area. TESO was around $30 two years ago and I figure they're trading at a cash flow multiple of under 8 which is way cheaper than their peer group, imo.
