An autopsy would in no way prove that Kennedy was drunk! Therefore, logically, an autopsy would be useless for that purpose.

You idiot acid-head.

An autopsy is often necessary to determine the manner of death which could then indicate whether a person should be charged in connection with that death.

Of course, if the criminal is a Kennedy, it doesn't matter.
