A couple of days ago a lady approached me and a friend on a street in Philly, asking to sign a pro-"reform" paper of some sort. The text was quite nice, like "Are you FOR every person being able to get medical care when they need it?" Something like that.

My friend is mightily pro-anything-Obama-does, and he signed willingly. I declined, and she asked why, and I tried to explain, very briefly.... but after a few words, in a matter of seconds, she went sort of blank. She remained polite, but simply lost interest. I think for her it was merely a numbers game. Why waste time on a complicated case?.... :)
