N. Sea dry. Yes, everything dries up eventually. Why do you think that Anglo BP is in the Gulf of Mexico, making huge discoveries, preparing a big straw for PBR's 18% stake in the new field? Where do you think the money is at for PBR? What about Brazilian deep offshore drilling companies? Zero, don't exist. Engineering? Ditto, zero. Specialized boat companies? Deep offshore construction?
