RW, to be honest, I'm kind of biased toward immigrants who own small businesses. But I'll acknowledge that they usually break immigration and labor laws just to keep their costs down. Why? Because the other immigrant small business owner is doing the same. Gotta ask yourself, though. Why do these workers tolerate it? Is it wrong if they make less than minimum wage, considering that they still make much more than they would in their home countries? I'm sure some of them are being truly abused, but most are probably happy to even have jobs here in America. Of course, the unions really hate that ... Tenchusatsu
