Well when you pass the mirror stop and look at it. (I know that will be hard)Take your head in your hands and squeeze real hard.
And say to yourself out loud three times: "Do I really know what I am talking about or have I just talked my self into thinking that I know what I am talking about?" Then relax. Go out into the neighborhood and kill 5 or 6 cats and eat them. (or you could just go out for Chinese)

You will have lost all need to buy stocks like IPM.
