I am guessing but I think it was some kind of technical problem with processing all of the trades after the close. It looked like one trade was entered at 21 15/16 after the stock had been around 24 all afternoon. Then opened back there today. Looking on the intraday chart and you can see just one little dot indicating that entry at the end of the day Tuesday.
