It's sure all about Obama, isn't it? examiner.com Have you watched the "I pledge" video. It starts out with premises with which most people would agree and proceeds to pledges to Barack Obama. No wonder people are concerned about his appeal to grade school children. Obama lost his credibility in the eyes of many people---and rightfully so. He has been dishonest. Even now, in his effort to jumpstart the healthcare debate, he's pretending that he wasn't really involved before (despite prime time press conferences, multiple town halls, etc.) and that they don't even know what will be in the health care bill (despite all those (mis)representations he made). Jurors are instructed in civil trials that if they found that a witness was untruthful, they can disregard anything that witness had to say unless they were convinced that some portion of the testimony was credible. Having lost his credibility, Obama has a long row to hoe in order to foster belief in anything he might choose to state. Were I a parent of grade school children, I would be greatly reluctant to have my children exposed to the Obama agenda without parental supervision. The Chicago/Alinsky method targets children and there is no reason to believe that Obama doesn't subscribe to winning through indoctrination.
