Hi Goldiger, Oops you're right. It dawned on me after I got off the computer. I guess I lived in Vancouver too long, and forgot that Victoria has most of the government offices, but not that one. We'll go down to the Government bookstore and see if we can pick up a copy. I always wanted one anyway.

David, my husband IS a lawyer, so I'll put him to the test and see if he can still interpret legalese mumbo jumbo. Although he practiced Personal Injury law for a good deal of his career, he still should know about the wherefore's, and heretofore's, and notwithstanding, yattety yat. I'll see how he deciphers it. He tells me that the legal profession is striving to make legal documents easier for the layman to read, but I can't really say that it has had too much effect yet, but I suppose it takes a long time to work it's way through the system. The law is slow to change. A lot of our laws are so far behind the changing realities, especially in the area of criminal law, that it has become almost a farce.

One other thing is that I filled out the National Policy 41 Form Yes and yet I did not personally get a proxy form, nor the notice of the AGM meeting, although I did get the annual report directly from the company. I had been in contact with the company and they had my address so maybe that's why, but then it makes me wonder why they didn't send the Notice of the AGM. Oh well, I found out anyway, and attended despite that. Ironic, though, that I carried proxies for others, but didn't have my own shares registered because of the confusion over the date and the legality of the AGM meeting, until the last minute. How embarrassing!

I agree with you on the timing of buying opportunities, we are going through this on PFG right now, where the EOP has been accepted for filing. It's a good example of what happens to the price of a stock.

Thanks for all your efforts, Goldiger.
