TexasDude,

What do you think of a Thursday approach of buying Nov or Dec 17.5 puts, or even 15's if the price is right. I suspect a swing one way or the other--a gap opening of more than a point on Friday.

With the annual report due and Mr. King likely to continue to obscure Zitel's situation, I would expect a downward move based on the thought of relative information--other y2k's are reporting--Zitel looks poorly if they continue to keep shareholders in the dark.. I plan to go lightly on any position, say no more than 10 to 20 contracts. Options liquidity looks weak to me, so only big move potential seems to make any sense. Still looks to me like Zitel at 10 by the end of December which would make the puts worth a few more nickels....tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, it should be a good day tomorrow--or am I stealing Mr. King's thunder?

I'm starting to get testy if not outright irritated by Zitel management. If the SEC is investigating, how long does it typically take them to decide whether to subpoena or issue indictments. Those might be useful timeframes to know about now, as such a report might be pivotal for Zitel's share price.
Best regards,
MDR
