>>Wasn't the original First Call forecast for .19 or .20 eps for Sept.? Then it was downgraded to .12. (Larry managing expectations.) Thus I predict that the earnings will be:

1. 0.13 and a strong statement that
1. DDIM BEAT expectations!!!
2. Revenue and Earnings are at record levels.
3. Backlog is highest in history
4. Many new and great resellers
5. Ardes.....

It was $.20, then $.13, then $.12.

FWIW I don't think they'll make $.12. The last CFO resigned when they reported $.07 last quarter. He (apparently) didn't want to be associated with such over-cooked books. Can they produce almost twice as much this quarter?

Larry is the acting CFO. That means that he's the source for the anlysts covering this stock. Larry is a constant exaggerator. Just look at the press releases. He has obviously given the analysts some negative info, caused them to reduce their estimates, but has he really given them all the bad news? I don't think so.

I think that they'll come in considerably below the estimates with the excuse of one time charges from acquisistion costs for the testing company (name?) that they bought. Of course this whole thing will be covered with sugar coating of promises of Big Profits Just Down the Road. Just Over the Horizon. On the Eve of the Millenium. In the Great Beyond. In Never-Never Land.

If he was going to make the numbers, the recent press releases announcing exaggerated booking numbers (with anonymous customers) wouldn't be necessary.
