Instead, people will have to buy stamps during business hours at postal windows My regular post office delivery person is a girl who is on her cell phone almost every time I have ever seen her. The Post Office does seem like a bastion of goodness if you compare it to the DMV. But then the DMV seems competent compared to the people you see at Cook County offices pretending to work... If you hate to actually work, get a government job.
