Spongetech Delivery Systems, Inc. "Spongetech") held by RM for a period in excess of two years. RM is a noreporting private company and Spongetech is a reporting public company. This opinion is written in order for Olde Monmouth Stock Transfer Co., Inc. to issue certificates in the names and in the number of shares as follows without legends:

This is Carla Hohenhouse...let's set the record straight here.
1.) I am a basher at heart and the "Rico Charge" was the CIVIL allegation made by a bunch of scammers who were running a scam on GECC and this allegation was made against us in an effort to silence Free Speech. Those of you who know me, know that I have always been a champion of Free Speech and Right to Privacy on the Net. In fact, I was sued, defending that Right.
Furhtermore, the case against us was dismissed, trading in AR was halted and every one of the Plaintiff's have since had to file for Bankruptcy. Not to mention the Plaintiff's were later indicted. Nuff said on that one.
Just keep in mind that it's because of MY efforts and people like me that you even still have the Right to come on here and bash ME without the fear of being sued.
2.) Cannabis Science and SpongeTech have nothing to do with each other. My web guy incorrectly put the same number for both on our website. That has since been corrected.
3.) I am not "dark lady" or whatever that other alias was that I saw mentioned.
4.) Yes, I have been paid to do marketing and advertising for SpongeTech and I fully intend to continue receiving compensation (if offered) for my efforts. See my disclaimer on my website www dot capitalstructuretoday dot com
