MS has extensive experience with the scientific method and the use of scientific tools. C & L shoot from the hip and rarely research ANYTHING and NEVER can back up anything they comment on. MS at least knows what he's doing. <Neither of them write columns in a magazine entitled Science about science.> "Science" is a scientific journal... please keep them straight... ANYBODY can make up a magazine with the word "science" in it... ANYBODY! They are popular magazines just like "popular mechanics"...AND THEY CAN PRINT WHATEVER THEY LIKE!! There are all sorts of "pseudo science" magazines out there. If you don't like what they offer, I suggest starting your OWN magazine, anyone can. But "Science" or "Nature" or many others are scientific journals, to publish you have to go through rigorous peer review and screening (still whoppers get through)... but THEY are the only ones you can legitamately argue would be some sort of "scientific establishment" (since you seem to think there is one). dAK
