I don't see it as a saving to the Social Secruity recipient----I see it as an improvement for the SS recipient to be able to spend the insurance dollars on the insurance of their choosing and within their means. Many recipients already pay separately for a secondary policy.

I see the savings as a larger saving for all of us as we would literally close down the Medicare portion of Social Security. We would get the government out of health insurance and mandates----eliminating a beaurcracy.

Insurance companies already taylor their policies to the individual or the family of working people and families-----why not also taylor policies for those coming from the government system.
