I don't know if the markets will comply this time around since it has already been down all year and apparently still undervalued... We started the year at 930, the low was 666, and we are presently at 1016, so we are not exactly "down all year." Unless you count back 52 weeks, when we were at 1274. It does not look like we are undervalued, but that is apparently the big question.
