RE:Does anyone know if a computer running Vista can run an internal wireless networking card & a 2nd USB wireless simultaneously?

If the USB wireless card stops functioning properly it is usually a driver issue. I would go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Software and remove then reinstall from the disk it came with.

I just setup my sister's Vista system with a wireless-N USB card, but it wants you to login to the network every time if you take it out.
