a download that removes unwanted context menu items softpedia.com

but removal is irreversible. To get the removed item back you have to reinstall the software that put it in the context menu in the first place

I found that the removal tool gives you 3 choices for removing context menu items: remove from file, folder or IE.
It's a small app and worked for me
