It seems quite reasonable to me. Old people stuck for cash with a Life Ins policy that they can only borrow cash value on. The Ins co's don't like it? To hell with them. I can see the horror stories now about "the hitter from Chicago" that is hired to do away with them so that the greedy bondholder can get paid off.
