Technically speaking, shorty doesn't 'think'. I am firmly convinced 'he' is a feeble attempt at a cognition programming project. His programmer decided that artificial intelligence was too big of a reach and is working on artificial stupidity. To give some semblance of 'thinking' he has chosen to have agents monitor various web sites like Rush's and Beck's, looking for key phrases that can be dropped into posts to mimic the Republican base. While the programmer seemed to able to get funding during the Bush administration, I suspect his plug will be pulled at some point...
