Predictable response. When all else fails play the Bush card. Clinton had 9 czars. Obama has over 30. Some people think this is excessive circumvention of the constitution. Especially when the czars turn out to be admitted communists. Cop haters. There is a bigger issue here. Totalitarianism. Some people see it, others resort to Bush. You are part of the Army, but don't know it. Were your parents 60's radicals?
