There are three reasons Obama needs so many "Czars".

1. He took office with a host of problems unprecedented in American history. He needs a LOT of help, ASAP.

2. Obama's own internal vetting process is very strict, thorough, and EVERY exception is pointed out by the opposition. It limits the candidates severely and takes more time. (R)'s will just put up any ol' crook/crony.

3. A single Senator (of either party) can put a hold on a presidential appointment to a cabinet or high government post. Guess what the (R)'s are doing?
