Hi Paul:

I still come around here once in awhile.

I first passed on WAC as the historical data looked bad, but then I saw a lot of insiders bought it and I took a second look. They released more information for a roadshow and it looked much better. After more study and analysis I bought some. I figure we're going to get $1.80 annual dividends (taxable) on a $13.50-14.50 stock. Looks to be even better than that now. Whether it stays in my portfolio depends on they reinvest the principal being received. Altisource is a spinoff that is kinda in the same field but with a different approach. It's too expensive for me at the moment.

Bought some TWX as will be better after AOL is gone. Bought some MHH which has done well. Other than that it's been pretty quiet.

How about you?
