I think you jumped in too soon Brumy.... "No evidence of a tax shelter... A charitable foundation is not a shelter. He does not determine who gets donations and the foundation is not tax exempt. And also, MM's signature is not on the PPF, his wife's signature is there. He and his wife are both listed as the only officers of the trust and the form says they put no time in and collect no salary. The name Halliburton does not appear on the form.
