I think the reg S puts the big FEAR into the street. Now the little MTEN has to prove itself. This may take a while as they need time to get things going... was anything else coming down the pipeline? Are you still in touch with mgmt? Do they have an experienced marketing person heading up sales? Is upper mgmt experienced with turnarounds or fledgling companies?
