FWIW...I'll take what Value Line has to say anyday... VL's respected, risks their respect with every issue, and has been around longer than SI or MF combined... The chart is improving. No question it needs some firming & basing in here. The gap up yesterday, from a long term bullish TA pov, is unfortunate (all gaps must be filled). From the psychology pov the coverage in VL, Lehman, and WSJ is a positive. And getting the earnings report behind us is another psychological plus. All submitted IMHO, Ed
