Anyone using Win Patrol. I am getting a new popup asking permission to allow a change:

from NOTEPAD (Microsoft Corp)
Notepad,Exe %1

to REGISTRY EDITOR (Microsoft Corp)
Regedit.exe %1

The little bit I could find suggests it may connected to Adaware or could be a Trojan. I have refused permission so far but it continues to annoyingly popup.

I ran all of the protection scans, and Malwarebytes found it and I deleted, but it came back again on reboot???
