Yes, cherry picked. You conveniently ignored Hoover's tax cuts which led to the Great Depresssion. The Depression was caused by crappy monetary policy and a massive dose of protectionism. The Coolidge-Harding tax cuts in about '20 caused the economy to soar. If anything, the Depression was deepened by the Hoover tax increases, which undid the earlier rate cuts. You just don't have a clue.
