PARD had a good up-move that started on Apr27 from the $2 level to the Aug 28 H at $9.14 (That H was above its Jun 2007 H of $8.96 but below its Feb 2006 H of $9.90 which is now a resistance to watch.<g>

The stock hasn't closed its Jul1 UG and it seems it may hold at the $7 support. (In order to close the UG it needs to get back to the $6.20 level.)

The 6 months loss is somewhat less,(It was higher in the 1stQ but less in the 2nd,so for the 6 months is $0.02 less.<g>)

The pending two Qs results are expected to look better by comparison as the loss for this Yr is projected at $1.22 vs $1.41 in 2008. For 2010 a loss around $1.10 is still expected.

On Aug20 it announced that it may sell up to $60M of its registered common stock to Azimuth Opportunity Ltd. over an 18 month period, but it is not obligated to utilize any of the $60M 'line of credit', and remains free to enter into other equity financing transactions.<g>

It is expected to present this month at 3 investors conferences.

The stock is trading at $7.75 (up 1.04%) as I am typing this note. That's not a bad % daily gain, at present times.<g>

If the stock can deal with the resistance from its 2006 and 2005 Hs and the Dec2004 at $16.80

It could then have plenty of room to run. <g>
