The right spews these freedom comments and then want the government to tell women what they can do with their bodies and they want to tell people they can't smoke pot and they tell people they can't be a homosexual and they tell people they can't die with dignity. The right also wants to mess with my freedom of speech by saying I'm a traitor if I want to end the war in Iraq. And they have no concept of freedom as it relates to religion. Being a liberterian conservative, I agree with the above. I also agree that the government shouldnt be requiring me to wear a seatbelt, or a helmet, whether I should have healthcare and certainly should intrude into my life as little as possible. When the government grows its intrusion into my life grows and my freedom diminishes. If that is not obvious to you, there is little I can say. lj
