Are you fired up?

That would depending on the meaning of "are." lol

On second thought, I AM fired up.

Obama and his henchmen have a lot of nerve.

They rushed through the bloated, pork laden stimulus package with scare tactics and false promises, knowing that most of the funds would not kick in until the election year of 2010. It was a raw political move designed to garner votes in 2010 and to provide funds for payoffs to Obama political cronies.

Van Jones described the process quite aptly when he told sympathetic audiences that they would "push, push push" until they reached their goal of wealth redistribution.

Obama himself inadvertently copped to the plan when he spoke to Joe the Plumber during the campaign. Too bad most people haven't learned that one of the basic truths of life is to believe people when they say things that are against their larger interest. That was just such a moment for Obama. No wonder his thugs had to rise up to take out Joe.

Now BO is about to unveil what must be the 10th iteration of his health care proposal and the media is agog with speculation as to the details he might suggest.

Sure.

One aspect of the 1000+ page bill that hasn't received much play is the initiation date of 2013, conveniently after Obama thinks he will have been elected to a second term.

This should tell the American people everything they need to know about the health care debate, starting with the lie that it is supposedly critical to move fast and get it done "quickly." This is just the stimulus debacle redux, on a grander and even more financially perilous scale.

Obama has basically forfeited his reputation in less than a year in office. There is no reason to believe anything he says unless, of course, it's against his interest. But the speech tonight will be tightly programmed into the TelePromTer and there is little danger of any truthful nuggets slipping out.
