You do realize there is more to taxes than the top tax rate for income tax? That where brackets start and end, and the percentage at the various brackets means something? Not to mention things like SSI... Perhaps, but the brackets were also changed in proportion to the top tax rate or not at all. Besides its the tax on rich investors that really counts. But mostly it proves you told a bald faced lie. Though I doubt you were smart enough to know you did.
