As a rightie, you are one who constantly makes the claim that our country is the best in everything; healthcare, military, aircraft industry, pharmaceuticals, schools, technology of all types, etc. You also say we are mostly government run, but quizzically are predicting a house of cards collapse if a purely political target of the right becomes law.....how transparent.
I wont' argue about every agency, but I will argue that Medicare is very well run and many praise the VA, but I have no experience there. See todays Times for a testimonial on it. And since the big argument on the table is healthcare, I don't see much for you to argue with given the performance of Medicare....
