People accusing other people of lying without having their ducks lined up is one of my hobby horses. That's why I asked you to clarify.

It's highly unlikely that out of over 300 million people there are only 5 million that "can't" get insurance.

The likelihood is pretty close to 100%. Five million, it is. I can't find right now a source for five million US wide but I do have a source for California. The number there is 625,000. If you extrapolate to the US by population, it comes to 5 million.

"This group -- known as "medically uninsurable" -- accounts for about an eighth of the 5 million Californians who lack health insurance."

It's even more certainly untrue that "we all know" that.

Even though I can't find it right now, that 47 million has been broken down on this thread dozens of times. Anyone actively following this thread can reasonable be expected to be familiar with the breakdown, seems to me.
