I'm not joining a movement, but within the last week I have closed my accounts at Bank of America and Wells Fargo. I put the money in a 100-year old small local bank that never took (nor was offered) government funds. Neither B of A nor Wells will miss my credit card accounts because I only paid credit card interest once in my 60 years, when I returned an item and got charged for one month of slippage.

If there's a movement, I don't know about it and am not part of it. I just decided not to let BAC and WFC use my money to leverage my Congress to extract more of my tax money.
