RAME also has 2Qs of lower revenues and 3Qs of losses.<g>

But the insiders had also been consistently buying the stock since Nov, more recently in the last month.

RAME has +CF but it also has a large LTD, so it is highly leveraged. Management said in April that the expenses this Yr., will be probably around $40M, a lower range than previously anticipated.

The stock more than doubled from its $0.40 L on March 6 to the May 11 H of $1.12

The stock is up 13% today, apparently with the help of its presentation at Rodman & Renshaw Global Investment Conference in N.Y. Volume is already >3x its ADV.

RAME is expected to report losses in the pending 2Qs, so I don't think it will be OK to buy at present levels, but should probably keep an eye on it, since it is expected to be back on the black column next YR. and with some good news it shouldn't have much problem in getting to the $2.50 to $3 level.<g>
