The fact that he doesn't understand or respect the office is evident in:

1. The apology tour that blamed America for all that's wrong in the world, but exempted him personally from responsibility;

2. The fact that he exalts himself over the country and makes everything about him as an individual, except, of course, when there is blame to be laid;

3. His divisiveness, which is exactly opposite to what he advertised himself to be;

4. His off the cuff statements, such as accusing the officers of racism in the Gates case, without even remotely recognizing how inappropriate such unfounded comments were coming from the POTUS in a highly pubic forum;

5. His efforts to use the force of the U.S. government to squelch dissent.
